Check the CCMS Enrolment for the following:
· Is the enrolment Exited? If yes, create a new CCMS Enrolment from the day after this one has been Exited.
· Is the CCB type Cancelled? Advise the family to contact Centrelink.
· Is the family on a 0.00%? If yes and the family does not believe this to be correct ask them to contact Centrelink.
