Write down the Enrolment ID that is found on the error message. Go to the Find button at the bottom of the main account screen. 

In the Find Family, in the search fields do the following:

· In the In field, leave all families

· In the Show, drop it down to CCMS Enrolment ID

· In the For, type in the ID number that you wrote down.

· Then click on Go


In the Results section, it should display the child name that the overlapping CCMS enrolment is sitting on. Highlight the name and in the Information, the account details will appear.

Click on Select, this will take you directly to the account that is causing the overlapping enrolment.

You will either need to end date the CCMS enrolment or delete it to resolve the problem.
