Check the dates for your statement range and ensure that these match what is charged on your rolls. Do this by clicking on the family and then clicking the statement button rather than double clicking on the family. The statement will show the balance owing within the date range. The Accounts Screen will show the total balance owing or in credit. If you are choosing the correct date range, the balances displayed on the statement and the accounts screen will be identical.
